Over 10 years ago, Glenn got his first Kettlebell and quickly realized why this unique tool for exercise has been around for three centuries. Glenn tailors each person's program to their ability and their preferences,
but he does realize that Kettlebells are not appropriate for everyone.

Training with Kettlebells is a fun & efficient way to build CORE strength, get a true full body workout, improve your posture, and burn more calories.

Due to the Kettlebell’s unique shape, you move & swing the weights, utilizing momentum which in turn trains the body to better handle the demands of every day life and improve your performance in sport.
